A little while ago I posted an article about some of the best books ever written on investing.
One of those books was called, “The Little Book that Beats the Market” by Joel Greenblatt (he’s the Managing Partner of the Gotham Capital hedge fund, a Professor on the adjunct faculty of Columbia Business School and a member of the investment boards of the U of Pennsylvania and UJA).
In it he describes a system, the Magic Formula, designed to find undervalued stocks. Turns out he’s now parlayed that book into a money management investing firm calledFormula Investing.
It also allows users to take the do-it-yourself approach if they want.
